Our Pathways Properties
The Austin Housing Authority owns and manages several properties called Pathways. These properties are made possible through the Project-based Rental Assistance (PBRA) program.
When you rent a home at a Pathways property, your rent is discounted based on your income level and eligibility, and you pay rent directly to us.
All Pathways properties are smoke and vape-free communities to help support a cleaner, healthier living environment for residents, guests, and staff. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside homes, common areas, or shared community spaces.
