Northgate is a 50-unit, duplex-style family community in North Austin, offering one- to five-bedroom homes designed to serve families with children. The property features two playgrounds, an on-site youth programs, a community room with computers, central air conditioning, and washer hookups. Northgate is conveniently located near multiple bus lines, elementary and high schools, and Austin Community College’s Northridge campus, giving residents easy access to education, employment, and community resources.

Opened in 1979, Northgate underwent a full renovation as part of HUD’s Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, bringing meaningful updates and modern improvements to this North Austin family community.
